Terms of Service

1. Ownership & Usage Rights
   

   • All images remain the joint property of both the Photographer (Ryan Stanikk Photography) and the Client, unless the Client has purchased full image rights in a separate agreement.
     

   • The Client may use the images as they wish for personal or business-related purposes (e.g., websites, social media, marketing materials), but may not sell or license the images for third-party commercial use without prior, written consent from the Photographer.
     

2. Photographer’s Portfolio Rights
   

   • The Photographer retains the right to use any images for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, portfolio display, social media posts, website galleries, and marketing materials—unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

3. Limitations on Commercial Sale
   

   • The Client may not directly sell, re-license, or distribute the images to third parties for profit without a specific agreement granting those rights.
     

4. Copyright & Credits
   

   • Where possible, and particularly on social media, the Photographer requests (but does not strictly require) a credit or tag to acknowledge the work.
     

5. Gallery Availability & Download
   

   • The Photographer will provide online access to the final images for a reasonable period. The Client is responsible for downloading and backing up their images. The Photographer is not liable for loss of images once this period has expired.
     

6. Additional Terms
   

   • Any modifications or edits to the images by the Client must maintain the integrity of the work.
     

   • Written notice must be provided for any special confidentiality requirements or restrictions on the Photographer’s usage rights (e.g., for sensitive or embargoed projects).
     

By accessing or downloading the images from the provided gallery, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the above Terms of Service.
